Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain business data while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with the ability to create dashboards and generate meaningful business insights. Candidates must be currently residing in Bhopal and willing to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update company databases with high accuracy.

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.

Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.

Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.

Write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel and Python (preferred).

Coordinate with different departments for data collection and report preparation.

Ensure timely submission of reports while maintaining data confidentiality.





Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dashboards, Charts)

Data Analysis & Data Visualization

SQL

Power BI

Python (Preferred)

Management Information Systems (MIS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Ability to manage and maintain large datasets

Preferred Qualification

Experience working with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) will be an added advantage.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
