Happy Cheeks Private Limited is a growing D2C brand creating cutting-edge and high-quality children’s toys under the label Kidology. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accuracy across all accounts. This role is crucial in supporting our fast-paced growth by ensuring smooth and transparent financial management.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
● Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
● Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books).
● Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for payment tracking and issue resolution.
● Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
● Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate with auditors during audits
● Manage inventory accounting and cost reconciliation for e-commerce, retail, and logistics. ● Reconcile e-commerce platform payouts (Amazon, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) and ensure revenue accuracy.
