Job Title: Store In charge Junior / Senior – Real Estate / Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In charge to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of construction materials, tools, and equipment at project sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling site stores, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth material availability for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain proper storage of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, and consumables.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and daily inventory updates.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Verify material quantities with purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper handling and prevention of material damage, wastage, or pilferage.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts,



and site engineers for smooth operations.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on stock movement and inventory status.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of construction materials and store operations.
- Solid inventory management and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with ERP / inventory software / MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure at project sites.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate

Experience:

- 2 to 10 + years of experience
