Excellent Engineering Enterprises is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple dispatch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure on-time order deliveries.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking, packing, and loading.
- Monitor shipment status and update customers or the sales team.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement reports.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and delivery delays.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.




- Communicate with branches regarding stock movement and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare daily dispatch and pending order reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Freshers with excellent coordination skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP or inventory software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
