Maintenance Executive – Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai International Airport, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure operational readiness of all outlets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and airport engineering teams for maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain maintenance records, asset documentation, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Minimise equipment downtime and support uninterrupted outlet operations.
- Manage spare parts planning and inventory requirements.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Vendor management and safety compliance.
- Documentation and reporting proficiency.
- MS Office knowledge.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hospitality, airports, hotels, QSRs, malls, or commercial facilities.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
