The Field Supervisor will work closely with the Seed R&D; Department and will be responsible for managing seed trials at farm locations. The role involves field-level execution and monitoring of seed trials conducted on lease farms as well as farmers’ own fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage seed trials as per R&D; guidelines.
- Manage multiple trials of different seed varieties during the season.
- Oversee complete trial lifecycle from sowing to harvesting.
- Perform day-to-day farm management activities.
- Maintain accurate records related to sowing, crop growth, inputs, and harvesting.
- Share complete trial data,
observations, and reports with the R&D; Department.
- Coordinate with farmers for smooth trial execution.
- Ensure timely monitoring during crop seasons.
Job Nature:

Qualification:
- B.Sc. Agriculture graduates will be preferred
- Any graduate can apply
Experience:
- 1–3 years (Freshers can apply)

- Owned the vehicle with Valid DL
