Network Healthcare & Medical Tourism is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented professional to strengthen our network of hospitals, clinics, doctors, and patients. The ideal candidate will work both in the field and from the office, ensuring seamless coordination between healthcare providers and patients while maintaining operational excellence.

Preferred Qualification

- Class XII or Graduate

Experience

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel only

Travel Requirement

- Travel within Guwahati city.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital & Doctor Relationship Management

- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare partners across Guwahati.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and hospital management.
- Coordinate OPD schedules wit visiting specialists.
- Ensure smooth execution of specialist consultation programs.
- Identify new hospitals and clinics for collaboration.

Patient Coordination

- Attend incoming patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Guide patients regarding consultation schedules.




- Maintain patient records and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate referrals and medical tourism services.

Operations & Administration

- Prepare daily activity reports.
- Prepare monthly OPD performance reports.

Reporting

- Monthly hospital visit reports
- OPD performance reports
- Patient enquiry reports

Business Development Support

- Assist in organizing medical camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and OPDs.
- Support marketing initiatives with partner hospitals.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Assamese preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Drive

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
