About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with strong HR process knowledge and proficiency in German or Italian language. The ideal candidate will support global HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and coordination with international teams while ensuring smooth HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities

Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR databases

Coordinate with global teams and employees in German or Italian-speaking regions

Support payroll inputs, attendance management, leave tracking, and HR compliance

Prepare HR letters, contracts, reports, and employee communication

Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities

Address employee queries related to HR policies and HR processes

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in HR documentation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR operational efficiency





Ensure timely closure of HR operational tasks and service requests

Required Skills

Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management processes

Proficiency in Spanish Language (Mandatory)

Valuable verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation handling

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Spanish Language Certification

Prior experience in shared services, global HR operations, or multinational environments is an added advantage
