Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to support our Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possess valuable communication and documentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
Handle purchase-related documentation and records.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations and follow-ups.
Compare quotations and maintain procurement data.
Update purchase records in Excel and ERP (if applicable).
Assist in invoice verification and GRN documentation.
Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of all purchase transactions.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.E., Diploma, or equivalent).
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
