Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right educational programs. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing accurate information.
Maintain lead records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.




Build and maintain solid relationships with potential students.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
