What You’ll Do

Support & Coordination:
Assist Marketing Executives with tasks and projects.
Maintain accurate entries in Bitrix CRM software.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.

Data & CRM Management:
Track and document all actions and activities in CRM.
Keep records of attendance, customer follow-ups, and team activities.
Ensure data accuracy across platforms and systems.

Client Communication:
Write qualified emails and communicate effectively with customers.
Resolve client queries and remind them about fee collections.

Marketing & Event Support:
Assist in preparing and executing marketing plans.
Plan and support webinars, seminars, and other events.




Create presentations and help the team improve their delivery.

Research & Innovation:
Conduct research for recent products and data collection.
Identify ways to improve client services and generate leads across platforms.

Testing & Troubleshooting:
Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.
Report issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

Team Engagement:
Attend meetings, webinars, and training programs regularly.
Maintain records of all meetings and training sessions.
