Key Responsibilities

 Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines at customer sites.

 Provide technical demonstrations and training to customers and dealers.

 Attend to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.

 Manage and support spare parts requirements and ensure proper stock availability.

 Maintain accurate service logs, customer reports, and spare part usage in Excel/Google

Sheets.

 Support both dealers and direct customers with qualified technical assistance.

 Work in close coordination with the Service Head and follow all standard processes.

 Ensure systematic reporting and documentation of all service activities.

Candidate Requirements

 Qualification:



Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related technical field.

 Experience: 1–4 years of experience in service/technical support (preferably in

machinery or equipment industry).

 Languages: Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi and English.

 Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and stock management.

 Robust problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

 Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
