Key Responsibilities
Manage PMO activities for multiple utility-scale ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
Coordinate with Project Sites, Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Management teams.
Track project progress, identify delays, prepare recovery plans, and monitor closure of critical activities.
Review project dashboards, MIS reports, S-curves, and performance indicators.
Monitor material procurement, dispatch status, manpower deployment, and site execution progress.
Support project teams in resolving execution challenges and maintaining project timelines.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare management presentations.
Maintain project risk registers, action trackers, and ensure timely closure.
Support project cost tracking, billing status monitoring, and project documentation.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of utility-scale solar EPC project lifecycle.




Experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, MMS, SCADA, and commissioning activities.
Solid analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹668,719.87 - ₹820,251.67 per year
