About The Role

We need a creative social media content creator who can ideate, script, shoot, and post content that actually performs — not just looks good. You will manage content for Conceptial Media's own channels and client brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, with full ownership of the content calendar and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple client social media accounts
Create thumb-stopping content — Reels scripts, carousels, stories, and static posts
Shoot and/or direct on-camera content including talking-head videos and product demos
Write engaging captions with solid CTAs optimized for each platform's algorithm
Monitor trending audio, hashtags, and content formats to keep output timely and relevant
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, link clicks) and optimize accordingly




Coordinate with the video editor and graphic designer to deliver final assets on time

Requirements:
1–3 years of social media content creation experience (agency or brand side)
Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook algorithms
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brand voices
Comfortable on camera and able to direct talent or appear in content yourself
Data-aware: able to read insights and adjust content strategy based on what performs
