Assess training and development needs across departments.
Develop and implement learning and development strategies.
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external training providers.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain training records and prepare reports.
Support employee career development and succession planning.
Assist managers in creating individual development plans for employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
