Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing the assigned territory, managing distributors, increasing retail coverage, ensuring product availability, and maintaining robust customer relationships across the Chennai South Area. The role requires extensive field travel and effective execution of the company's sales strategy in the FMCG and Beverage market.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase primary and secondary sales.
Develop and maintain distributor relationships.
Visit retailers according to the beat plan.
Expand retail coverage and onboard new outlets.
Ensure product availability and visibility across all assigned outlets.




Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to the company's credit policy.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Monthly Sales Reports (MSR).
Build solid relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and institutional customers.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualification
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc.)
MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage, Packaged Drinking Water, Dairy, Food Products, or Consumer Goods.
Experience in General Trade (GT) sales and distributor handling is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
