We also provide service support for other brand weighing scales. Our service department focuses on After Sales Warranty and Non-Warranty Service, Multi-Brand Service and Customer Satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Attend warranty and non-warranty service calls at customer locations
Installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of weighing scales and allied equipment
Troubleshooting and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment
Preventive maintenance and AMC service visits
Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer records
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
Identify prospects for repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling
Support service revenue generation beyond breakeven targets

Products to be Handled
Electronic Weighing Scales (own brand & other brands)
Cash Counting Machines
Sealing Machines
Paper Shredders




Jewellery Rate Boards and allied products

Qualification
ITI / DME / DEEE or equivalent technical qualification

Experience
Freshers: Training will be provided for 2 months
Experienced: 2–5 years’ experience in weighing scale or similar electronic equipment service preferred
Multi-brand service experience is an added advantage

Skills Required
Basic to advanced electrical/electronic troubleshooting knowledge
Willingness to work in the field
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently after training
