Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce company products/services and explain features & benefits.
Fix appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on inquiries
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass /Diploma/ Graduate (any stream).
6 months –2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
Good communication skills (Tamil as Regional Language preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
