The ideal candidate should have experience handling international customers, preferably in a US process, and possess a neutral or American-accent communication style.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
