Job Title: E-commerce Graphic Designer & Content Creator

About the Role We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator to own our visual identity from A to Z. You will be the creative engine behind our premium stationery and art supply brands (including Leuchtturm1917, Scrikss, Jovi, and Stabilo), crafting everything from static ad graphics to engaging video content and marketplace listings. If you thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and love taking visual concepts from a raw product shoot to a highly converting ad, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Ad Creatives: Design high-converting, scroll-stopping static and video creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retail media networks (Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry).
Marketplace Excellence: Develop compelling Amazon A+ content, enhanced product imagery, and storefront banners that educate customers and drive conversions.
Social Media & Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and design dynamic social media posts to build community and brand awareness.
Product Photography & Shoots: Assist with conceptualizing,



setting up, and executing in-house product shoots to ensure we have a constant pipeline of fresh, high-quality visual assets.
End-to-End Asset Management: Handle all image and video-related work, ensuring strict brand consistency across our website, marketplaces, and advertising channels.

Requirements
Approximately 2 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, specifically within e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or modern alternatives).
A solid understanding of best practices for marketplace listings (especially Amazon A+ guidelines) and digital ad formats.
Hands-on experience or a solid capability in product photography, lighting, and shoot styling.
A solid portfolio demonstrating a diverse mix of performance ad creatives, marketplace content, and video edits.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
