As an Application Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among various stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing the progress of application initiatives, addressing challenges as they arise, and guiding the team towards successful delivery. You actively engage in planning sessions, monitor project milestones, and facilitate collaboration to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kofax Intelligent Automation Platform.
Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing automation workflows within enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
