Minimum Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus (training will be provided).
Willingness to Travel:
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala and Karnataka for site visits, installations, and project supervision.
Other Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong commitment to learning and qualified growth.
Language:
Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English is preferred.
Note: A valid two-wheeler license and personal mobility is an advantage.
