Falco Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Project & Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate HVAC project execution and after-sales service operations. The candidate will ensure smooth communication between clients, technicians, suppliers, and the management team while maintaining project schedules and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate HVAC project execution from start to completion.
Plan and schedule daily work for project and service teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and service requests.
Manage technician schedules, attendance, and site assignments.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with the store.
Maintain project documentation, service records, and reports.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards. Support management in planning, execution, and timely project completion.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC project coordination and service management.
Positive knowledge of HVAC systems, VRV/VRF, ductable, split, and chiller systems.
Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
