Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and skilled attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages as per café standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Assist with billing and cash handling when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.
Support day-to-day café operations and work collaboratively with the team.





Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, hotel, or hospitality workplace preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
