Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, import/export coordination, customs documentation, logistics, E-Way Bill generation on Government Portal, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities-
Manage procurement of raw materials, machinery, consumables and services.
Develop vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts.
Coordinate import/export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and CHA.
Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, AWB, Certificate of Origin and related documents.
Ensure customs clearance and compliance with DGFT/customs regulations.-




Generate and manage E-Way Bills on the Government Portal.
Coordinate logistics and transportation; monitor freight costs.
Maintain purchase records, MIS reports and inventory planning.

Skills:

Procurement, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Customs, Import & Export, Logistics, E-Way Bill, GST, ERP/Zoho/SAP/Tally, MS Excel.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree. 2–5 years of relevant experience. Manufacturing/Gems & Jewellery preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
