We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate should be responsible for identifying training needs, planning and conducting training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting employee learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs across departments.
Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions.
Prepare training materials and presentations.
Maintain training records and reports.
Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback.
Coordinate with department heads for skill development programs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
