Key Responsibilities
Prepare and share freight quotations for domestic and international shipments.
Obtain competitive rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and logistics partners.
Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely quotations.
Handle RFQs, tenders, and customer pricing requests.
Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets.
Monitor market trends, freight costs, and carrier tariffs.
Ensure quotations are accurate, profitable, and aligned with customer requirements.
Support business development by providing pricing strategies for recent opportunities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all quotations and pricing activities.

Required Skills
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics pricing.
Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, and surface transportation.
Understanding of Incoterms, import/export procedures,



and international shipping.
Solid negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or pricing.

Preferred Experience
Experience with freight forwarding companies, shipping lines, NVOCCs, or logistics service providers.
Familiarity with ERP or logistics management software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
