Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Site Engineer to independently manage the execution of industrial construction projects involving civil works and structural steel fabrication/erection. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities
Independently supervise and execute industrial civil construction activities.
Monitor RCC works, foundations, flooring, masonry, finishing, and other civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate structural steel fabrication, dispatch, erection, alignment, and final inspection.
Ensure work is executed in accordance with quality, safety, and project standards.
Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, consultants, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution.
Verify work quantities, maintain measurement records, and check contractor bills.
Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material consumption.




Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure timely completion of project activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
Hands-on experience in civil construction and structural steel fabrication/erection.
Ability to independently handle site execution and contractor management.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
