Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media.
Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants.
Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process by providing relevant information and guidance.
Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
