Key Responsibilities
Review processes, transactions, and documentation for risk and compliance gaps.
Assist in implementation of compliance frameworks, SOPs, and internal controls.
Conduct compliance audits, due diligence checks, and risk assessments.
Prepare reports related to compliance findings and recommendations.
Track statutory filings, licenses, registrations, and renewal deadlines.
Support management during internal and external audits.
Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills
Understanding of compliance procedures, risk management, and governance practices.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Location : Kolkata
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
