We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior HR Executive – Filing to support the HR department by maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documents are properly organized, updated, and filed. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize employee personal files and HR records.
Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly filed.
Update employee records in physical files and HR databases.
Verify and arrange joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation documents.
Scan, photocopy, and upload employee documents as required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support HR documentation, filing, and record management.
Assist with employee onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for pending documents.
Perform other HR administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
