Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying properties, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field activities.
Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records in CRM.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.

Requirements




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
