Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Quantity Surveying certification is an added advantage.

Experience
3–8 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Experience in residential apartment construction preferred.
Sound knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings.
Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and prepare client/RA bills.
Monitor project costs, budget variations, and material consumption.
Track variations, extra items, and change orders.
Review tender documents, evaluate quotations, and support procurement.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors.
Prepare project cost reports, MIS, and maintain billing and contract documentation.




Ensure measurements comply with contract terms and project specifications.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control.
Positive understanding of residential construction practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
Solid analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to deliver accurate work within project deadlines.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
