Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001 / other applicable quality systems.
Maintain and update QMS documentation like SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Manuals, etc.
Conduct regular internal audits and ensure timely closure of NCs (Non-Conformities).
Support third-party certification and customer audits.
Conduct process audits and monitor effectiveness of quality systems at the shop floor.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Identify process improvement prospects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct QMS awareness and training programs for plant staff.
Ensure quality objectives are communicated and understood at all levels.
Maintain control of QMS documents and ensure their revision and distribution.
Ensure timely reporting of QMS KPIs and dashboard to management.
Assist in handling customer complaints related to QMS issues.
Participate in supplier audits and quality reviews.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
