Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
Experience in developing automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium.
Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
Ability to integrate Selenium with various testing tools and continuous integration systems.
Familiarity with scripting languages commonly used alongside Selenium for test automation.
Capability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure robust application performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
