We're looking for a Recruiter with hands on experience in BPO or consultancy hiring, someone who understands bulk hiring and can independently manage volume closures.
What You'll Do
Handle end to end recruitment for associate and agent level profiles
Manage bulk hiring drives and volume closures within deadlines
Source candidates through job portals, referrals and walk ins
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports
Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding
What We're Looking For
1+ year of recruitment experience in BPO or consultancy hiring
Robust practical knowledge of bulk and associate/agent level hiring
Valuable communication and coordination skills
