Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu will be an added advantage not compuslory.
Basic computer knowledge.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
