Job Summary
Assist the Branch Manager in handling daily branch operations, business development, collections, customer service, and staff supervision to achieve branch targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support branch business and collection activities.
Monitor daily operations and customer service.
Assist in loan processing, verification, and documentation.
Supervise branch staff and ensure discipline.
Follow up overdue accounts and recovery activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years experience in NBFC/Banking sector.
Experience in operations and team handling preferred.
Location : Kombara Junction Kochi.
Time : 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Sunday off.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
