Real Estate - Sales Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Real Estate market as a Sales Manager required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of the site.

Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Sourcing Executives and Pre-sales Executives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance.





Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Ensure sales targets are achieved.

Ensure CPs bring more clients on-site.

Be responsible for P&L; of the site.

Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.

Provide project training and pitching support to the sales team.

Handle post-booking procedures of clients till possession.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Requirement:

Energetic and go-getter personality

Strong communication and client handling abilities

Proficiency in Lead management CRM tools, Google suite ( drive/docs/sheets).

Strong local market knowledge of Pune real estate.

Proactive and target oriented.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
