Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Purpose:

Manage core HR functions while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Manage employee relations and resolve grievances
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
Maintain HR records and manage employee lifecycle activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Process payroll and manage compensation & perks
Prepare HR reports and analyze key metrics




Monitor HR processes to maintain quality and efficiency
Support audits and implement process improvements
Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Problem-solving and analytical ability
Positive organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

4–8 years of HR experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
