Responsibilities
Manage customer calls and enquiries
Follow up with leads
Understand customer requirements
Coordinate with the design team
Maintain customer records
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements
Telecalling experience preferred
Freshers with positive communication can apply
Malayalam communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn and grow
