Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable software components using up-to-date programming frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques.
Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
