Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
Location: Marol Naka, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Extend job offers and manage candidate negotiations.
Assist in onboarding current hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Maintain recruitment records and prepare weekly reports.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Office; recruitment software knowledge is a plus.
