Job Summary

Photonics Watertech Ltd. is seeking motivated Site Engineers and Senior Site Engineers to manage and supervise the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, contractor coordination, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation and execution of solar PV projects.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Monitor civil, structural, electrical, and module installation activities.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.




Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Lead and guide technicians and junior engineers during project execution.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience
Site Engineer: 0–3 Years
Senior Site Engineer: 4–8 Years

Required Skills
Knowledge of Solar PV systems.
Reading electrical drawings and SLDs.
Site execution and contractor management.
Team handling and coordination.
MS Office and reporting skills.
