Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers
Graduates only
Graduation completed in 2021 or later
Candidates must have all semester mark sheets available
If your final semester marksheet has not been issued yet, your final semester online result will also be accepted

For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 6 months of documented experience required
Experience must be from a Voice Process where customer interactions were handled over calls

Mandatory Requirement
Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
Candidates must be confident in speaking, understanding, and communicating professionally in English
