Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally (inbound/outbound)
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
Follow quality standards,
compliance, and process guidelines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet daily productivity and performance targets (KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (Freshers can apply)
Non-Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
Proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)
Desired Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Adaptability in a fast-paced voice process setting
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
