Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries for architecture and interior design services.
Connect with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Schedule and coordinate office meetings and site visits.
Understand client requirements and explain our design and execution services.
Prepare regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
Convert leads into successful projects.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for effective lead management.
Maintain client records using MS Excel or CRM software.

Requirements




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales (experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate sales is an advantage).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
