Job Role: Facility Manager

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and utility systems.
Manage vendor performance, and service providers.
Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Supervise security, housekeeping, and support staff.
Handle space management, infrastructure planning, and workplace improvements.
Address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.

Key Requirements:
Solid knowledge of facility management, building maintenance,



and safety standards.
Excellent vendor management and team leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple operations and maintenance activities efficiently.
Experience in managing large-scale commercial, hospitality, or retail facilities
Robust problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
Experience in commercial buildings, hospitality, retail, or corporate facilities is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
