Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through phone calls, website, social media, and property portals.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team and follow up to ensure customer attendance.
Maintain and update customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert them into site visits.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
Maintain daily reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and site visit conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers through regular communication.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any discipline.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling,



Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Shift Timings
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: one week off

Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates with robust communication skills and a customer-focused approach will be given preference.
