Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and monitor district healthcare services.
Implement national and state health programs.
Manage government hospitals, primary health centers (PHCs), and community health centers (CHCs).
Supervise medical officers, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Monitor disease surveillance, outbreak control, and immunization programs.
Ensure availability of medicines, equipment, and medical supplies.
Prepare reports, budgets, and health statistics.
Coordinate with district administration and other government departments.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Respond to public health emergencies and disasters.
